The Challenge

National furniture and interiors retailer Wren Living wanted to make sure its Wren Designer range of fitted kitchens and bedrooms was appealing to its target market in the most effective way. Wren’s customers care about their homes. Primarily younger couples or families redecorating their first or second home, they want a good quality, stylish product – but also good value.

The Solution

Young couples or families want kitchens that work efficiently for them and meet the demands of their busy lifestyles. They need good design, resilience and value but often lack confidence and experience when it comes to investing in their home.

We positioned Wren as a trusted adviser – giving tips on accessories, laying out a room, maximising storage, choosing appliances and the finishing touches. The new Wren Designer Range brochure uses a friendly, approachable tone of voice and an open inviting design.

The content of the brochure is designed to take the customer on a journey through the decision-making, purchasing and fitting process. It includes all the details they need to consider with guides to planning, checklists, graph paper for designing, tips on measuring, lighting, appliances and finishing touches. Customer testimonials were also collected and selected to highlight benefits.

We also developed a new illustrated version of The Wren Way – five steps that demonstrate Wren’s core principles and how the customer and their home are central to everything it does.
