The Challenge

Intercontinental Brands (ICB) is the UK’s leading speciality drinks manufacturer. They wanted to create something which celebrated the first birthday of their flagship brand, Slingsby Gin. A newspaper was the perfect way to show what a remarkable year it had been.

The newspaper was also a way to show everyone at ICB that they were part of an increasingly successful brand. But, the paper – just like Slingsby Gin – had to be delivered in the most beautiful way possible.

The Solution

We worked closely with Slingsby’s PR team to create the Slingsby Times. Inside, the articles and stories showed just how famous the brand had become in Harrogate and beyond in such a short space of time. Everything in the newspaper beautifully reflected the premium nature of the brand.
